INVOICES & BILLING
We will send your invoice via email prior to beginning any projects. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of your project. Deposits on Web Styling & Branding services are non-refundable.
TIMELINES
Average project time is dictated by project type, quantity, and the current project cue. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe per project. If your project requires more time, we will communicate that promptly.
ORGANIZATION
Regardless of your project, the key to success is communication and organization of the necessary elements required to start. Here is an overview of the applications we use for your projects.
Notion
Notion is available as a phone/tablet application and on desktop. It's an exceptional way to collaboratively organize meeting notes, marketing plans, images and video, final social media elements, and the necessary components to build your site.
Preview
Are we supporting your social media goals? Preview (Premium Plans), allow us to work collaboratively as we arrange your grid, recommend an ideal posting schedule, and store your captions (for social management services). The monthly fee for Preview is deducted from active social media invoices.
Dropbox
For social media plans and large media projects (photoshoot videos/images, and printed material files) we will use Dropbox to store and organize your elements. For easy access, we recommend you download the app on your device.
Clear brand guidelines are essential for supporting your brand. If we are not starting your branding project (photo/video, social media, website), you will need to provide your brand expert with clear visual guidelines. If you do not have existing brand guidelines your brand designer can assist you in creating for an additional fee. The first step in establishing your visual branding direction is organizing your ideas in Pinterest.
REVISIONS & FEEDBACK
Communication is key. Please be reasonably available for questions regarding your project, and be timely with feedback and decisions. You may provide feedback on your website and branding projects in the designated area in Notion. Be mindful of the allotted number of revisions assigned per project package. Additional revisions will result in an additional fee.
