INVOICES & BILLING

We will send your invoice via email prior to beginning any projects. You may manage and pay project your invoices on Squareup.com

Things to note : Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of your project. Deposits on Web Styling & Branding services are non-refundable.

TIMELINES

Average project time is dictated by project type, quantity, and the current project cue. We will provide you with an estimated timeframe per project. If your project requires more time, we will communicate that promptly.

ORGANIZATION

Regardless of your project, the key to success is communication and organization of the necessary elements required to start. Here is an overview of the applications we use for your projects.

Notion

Notion is available as a phone/tablet application and on desktop. It's an exceptional way to collaboratively organize meeting notes, marketing plans, images and video, final social media elements, and the necessary components to build your site.

Preview

Are we supporting your social media goals? Preview (Premium Plans), allow us to work collaboratively as we arrange your grid, recommend an ideal posting schedule, and store your captions (for social management services). The monthly fee for Preview is deducted from active social media invoices.

Dropbox

For large media project we create such as brand elements, photoshoot videos/images, and printed material files - we will store in your personal Dropbox folder. We recommend downloading the Dropbox App for easy access.

Pinterest

Getting ready to start your branding project? Pinterest is about to become your branding best friend. Use the provided checklist to create a private Pinterest board. Once you have reflected on your brand’s direction and compiled all of the requested elements, you may invite us to view your board via email behindthescenes@thebeautytable.com and notify your Behind The Scenes Expert via text 📲  972.974.4874

Square

REVISIONS & FEEDBACK

Communication is key. Please be reasonably available for questions regarding your project, and be timely with feedback and decisions. Be mindful that there are an allotted number of revisions assigned per project. Additional revisions will result in an additional fee.
