As Media Manager, you will lead content strategy and execution for client accounts, oversee production planning, host and guide client calls, provide in-person coaching and mentorship to the team, and ensure a polished, profitable brand presence for clients and The Beauty Table.

Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and client management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence hosting client calls
Comfortable with backend operational tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and invoice management
Confident leading creative direction, providing mentorship, and supporting on-site content production
Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries is a plus
Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, coach, and empower peers

A dual-role position responsible for creating impactful, on-brand content for assigned client accounts and supporting clients through strategic coaching, feedback, and motivation. You will be a key part of The Beauty Table’s mission to help beauty and aesthetic brands increase their exposure, enhance their business, and simplify their approach in Social Media.
As Media Coordinator, you will manage client accounts, ensuring each is nurtured with strategic content, strong communication, and creative excellence.

Experience in social media content creation (Reels, stories, posts, captions, audio selection, etc.)
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable providing coaching, feedback, and strategic ideas to clients
Highly organized with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Positive, proactive communicator and team player
Familiarity with beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries is a plus
Confident working independently and on-site when needed
