The Beauty Table will invoice the Client prior to beginning any projects. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified on the payment schedule. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project. Service fees are non-refundable. Social media management plans will be reoccurring and can be modified with a written request 30 days prior to scheduled invoice day.
The Client promises to review the work product, to be reasonably available to The Beauty Table if they have questions regarding this project, and to provide timely feedback and decisions.
The Beauty Table may use images and videos of project process and final files on their website, social media outlets, and any other virtual platforms. If you do not wish for your project to be used for any brand promotion, please provide The Beauty Table with written notification via email within 10 days of contract execution.
The client agrees to the allotted number of revisions assigned per project. Additional revisions will result in an additional fee.
Average project time is dictated by project type, quantity, and the current project cue. The Beauty Table will provide the client an estimated timeframe per project. If your project requires more time, The Beauty Table will communicate that with the client.
For branding projects; TheBeauty Table does not provide licenses to fonts. An individual license will need to be purchased by the Client to use the fonts within your brand. If applicable, your designer will provide the website resources for you to purchase the fonts for commercial use.
This contract may be signed electronically or in hard copy. If signed in hard copy, it must be returned to the Business for valid record. Electronic signatures count as original for all purposes.
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and provisions of this agreement.
